It is located on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, possesses 17 gorgeous beaches, a lush hinterland, a diverse variety of attractions including the Koala Hospital, Billabong Zoo, river cruises, and a choice of accommodation from 4 star luxury hotels to camping by the beach. What to do 

The Koala Hospital is a big attraction here. You will have the opportunity to visit it if you join a tour. This place is so interesting to learn more about Koala’s situation in the country. Lots of stories about each Koala is tell by a special guide that will bring you through the hospital. It is something to do if you come in the city!

Port Macquarie is also a beach paradise, where you can just relax, enjoy the sun, have a swim, look at the dolphins in the sea, or maybe the whales too.

Now, let’s talk about the most famous attraction of Port Macquarie, which is the Sunset Cruise on the river! Imagine you on a boat, enjoying some snacks and drinks with your travel mates… And all of a sudden, a dolphin appears! That’s how this activity looks like. In addition, you can enjoy the sunset directly on the boat, which is an amazing experience! The sunset give so much different colours…

To sleep this night, we have provided you with a motel named “El Paso Motor Inn”. This is a comfortable place, 2 steps from the sea! It is really calm and you’ll have a good night, for sure.

Food

For dinner, I can advice you to go to the “Beach Bar”, which is just 3 minutes walk from the motel. There is a summer atmosphere, with good music, good drinks and lots of different choices to eat.  You can eat outside or inside, you’re free to choose. Even in winter you can eat outside thanks to the heaters and blankets that are provided.

For Breakfast, it’s directly in the motel, and you can have all what you need to get energy for the day!
